Fist or Protective Figa Pendant in Sterling Silver.
It is one of the hand-shaped amulets that has been most used in Europe and South and Central America. In Brazil, for example, it is called figa. Its image is a closed fist in which the thumb appears and protrudes between the index and middle fingers.
